New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

If you are a hard working person, and have abilities to prove as mentioned on your CV, the company will not only appreciate you, but also will take you on hands.. Co Founder and Directors, are very helpful and understanding... I personally feel that not just BSC Interiors, but any company will appreciate your work if you are doing is in a disciplined way and consistently. No company will ever fire you, if you are talented and skilled.

I like how your seniors support you at every step and treat you like a brother. i would be very honest, i don't have any complaint from the working environment or from anyone from management. Founders and Directors are great, they never take a step back to give you the best from their experience if your query is valid.

Their culture is good, employees are friendly and except some person. You can interact with other easily.

They will not provide any training. No chance of promotion or salary increment. Co worker are not supportive. You can't get help from your peer. Poor management.
