Wonderful experience to worked in the organization, we had the best CHRO (Vijay sir), my reporting boss, many things to learn from him and the way he was handling all the issues.

Dislikes

One and only issue i.e. salary delay about 30 days every month.

HR team and higher officials are really helpful.

Dislikes

There is no concept of training itself as i have been to the operations team. There is no discipline with some of the managers, this is what i have noticed throughout my work experience. They themselves have not seem to be honest in any kind of official reporting. People who are really willing to work and learn different skills cannot find this company as the right platform.

Work pressure is very high. I have handle Amazon client which was highly pressure but my strength shown a positive attitude towards work.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
