Culture is absolute shit. Toxicity is celebrated and awarded by leadership. Everyday here is a struggle to save your job and not be put in PIP. Doesn't matter how good you perform or diligent work you do, you can be let go anytime. Favouritism is rampant here.

Silent layoffs in the name of poor performance, they put employess on PIP stating poor performance and then ask the employee to resign, or else they would write on the experience letter that employee was fired and will spoil background checks as well for future employers.

No work life balance, no feedback taken for required changes, avg 12 hrs/day, no fact based appraisals, due to org restructuring they will put you on PIP without showing evidences and ultimately asks you to put down papers to save them legally.

Managers are biased and usually they micro-manage their team. And they will pick anyone who’re bot their favourite for PIP even after performing better than other colleagues where the sole purpose of PIP is to fire you. Management will just hire and fire anyone for their experimental work. They just don’t care about anyone’s career for their own profit.
