The company is world class and very great to work for. But the managers here are very stupid And though you work hard and show your work they are dissatisfied because they want their relatives to join in your position.

Line manager behaviour and they won’t appreciate the hard work you do. Not there are no appraisals. If you chat and wipe line managers shoes, you will be treated well, that won’t happen with me.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
