Manager handles team very well, always recommend to learn new things, good work life balance and team bonding

Very less salary if we compare to other companies . No salary or very poor salary hike since last 2 years . Even our bonus has been deducted to cut down personal costs.

1. Canteen food 2. Office location is in phase 2 inside and time loss due to heavy traffic 3. Too much meetings and delay in decision making sometimes 4. Sometime restrictions on working beyond the boundaries 5. German counter parts are not involving in any new project implementation from starting phase

1. Too much cost cutting now a days 2. Not much scope for upskilling 3. No trainings from company 4. Salaries are very low compared to market 5. German counterparts works on latest technologies and pass leftovers to Indian colleagues. So, not much exposure to latest technologies. 6. Casual attitude of managers 7. Worst employee retention policies.

No planning and technical training program. No forecasting of upcoming work package. Always managing type of attitude and emergency mode of work culture. No core technical development in Indian brose unit. For simple work, too much managerial and process related complexity.

The processes are well defined (but no one follows it 😆). Central functions are good supporting. Open culture. Safety for womens. Different types of events. Training programs.

Dislikes

Management is worst. Favourism is being used by managers. Screw employees in the name of productivity. Recognising talents and appreciation are not there. They didn't provide increments as per your performance (max increment is 10%). No proper discussions and communications made for new tasks, and thus results in 11th hour rush.
