Nice culture , work environment and supportive team mates. Company policies are good but compansation is below the industry Company provides training to enhance the skills.

Company hires highly paid candidate from outside but does not pay same to existing employees.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates and management are supportive .company policies are good. They give bonus every year. Don't give so much pressure in work.

Salary is less and career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign.

Initially, work-life balance was worst. But, post 2 years, it has improved. Salary is par with market standards. Job security as of now is good. Work satisfaction since the beginning is great. Company culture is usual like others. If you notice good, it's good. If you notice bad, it's bad.

Promotions take a long time even if your performance is excellent

The company does not pay upto market standards. There is lot of difference in pay scale. There is close to 100-200% difference in the pay scale. The people in this company dont really welcome change. They are not really interested in upskilling themselves and developing more secure and faster applications. They still rely on outdated technologies and even out of support languages.
