Lay off and work pressure they expect you to work like 10 years of experience person. Senior Will give them to you they don't understand Even you are having the more tasks daily. DFL is internal politics I don't recommend you to work

Job security is good. People started at broadridge as freshers and continue to work for 4 to 5 years. There is no question of removing or firing employees, you will be moved to other teams but not lose your job. Employees and management are cooperative. Office politics are relatively less.

Dislikes

The pay is very less for process analysts, it's difficult to meet monthly expenses also. if one stays in hostel/ pg it's more difficult. Growth opportunities are less. It's good for learning initially for freshers but there is no career growth until you work for 5+ yrs.

Once if you’re into production the managers Start making you to work extra hours.also there is a lot more language differentiation. If you join as a fresher please don’t expect any promotion good hike nothing

People who are looking to join here please don’t come. The package what they offer is completely different when u get ur salary.Over al company is good for freshers to start there Carriers and learn but for experience people please stay away from this org.

There is good work life balance with ample amount of time left in a day.

The company does not pay upto market standards. There is lot of difference in pay scale. There is close to 100-200% difference in the pay scale. The people in this company dont really welcome change. They are not really interested in upskilling themselves and developing more secure and faster applications. They still rely on outdated technologies and even out of support languages.

It's one of best place to start career learning wise.

Dislikes

Salary, bonus, benefits totally outdated, managers keep eyes on your breaks like pakka Indian culture. Bonus salary hike not for hard workers it's only for bucket employees. This company has one of the worst cab services for who work in night shift.
