...eam Lead as well as Team mates are very supportive and encouraging towards me. Compensation and benefits are good. Skill development trainings and learnings are available, to enhance and develop our skills in weak areas. Coming to work life balance, sometimes we need to stretch ourselves to complete our deliverables on daily basis. I am very much satisfied with my work. Dislikes

Salary, bonus, benefits totally outdated, managers keep eyes on your breaks like pakka Indian culture. Bonus salary hike not for hard workers it's only for bucket employees. This company has one of the worst cab services for who work in night shift.
