Nothing to like as such about this company

...aphic Error from 1 to 2. Now even if you have maintained good accuracy above 99.5 for three weeks, one major error can pull you down and leave you with peanuts salary and entire month's effort can go waste. No matter how careful you are, you are bound to make error with the number of jobs you have to process per day here in this company to make good lines. Jobs are very small. Also you will need to work at least 10 hours to process minimum 1200 lines per day, maximum you can earn is 35,000 (peanuts in today's world).

It's a stable company for medical transcriptionists. Jobs are regular. Fixed salary with good incentives if you exceed target. The company has been bought by an MNC in Ireland, so there is very little chance of their UK projects drying up, so good job security for employees. Timings are very flexible. Unlike most MT companies, no pressure to do night shifts. Most of the audio files are of good quality and any experienced MT will have no issues processing them and reaching targets.

Dislikes

Pay structure has remained the same for a long time, but unfortunately that is the current condition of the medical transcription industry.

They haven't revised rates in more than 10 years, if you are a base level employee they don't even provide medical insurance, just the ESI.. Totally disappointed in the remuneration

No sal appraisal, no job security, anytime we are sacked, minimum of 12 hours work, 100 files of 10 lines to do a target of 1000 lines per day, sick TLs though sal is based on line count TLs pester us to do more for their monthly incentives...

Nothing it is a waste company. Please those who ever want to try better go for some other company. BOIPL is not good u will get nothing in this company.

There is nothing good about this company. Management is so worst in this company. The person who joins this company will go mad with the policies they implement which company only understands. My kind advice to all that never ever try this companny
