Company gives good package to the head of the department. Package includes four wheeler and accommodation as well.

Company's culture is having very weak understanding between employees and the management. There is no job security and work life balance. Company also not offers good learning. Management doesn't address employees issues. Salary is ok along with other benefits but lots of challenges are there for career growth and executing any assignment due to politics and fear in the mind of employees from the management. There is no job training for new joiners and too much responsibilities. Employees have to do everything on their own to complete any assignments without the help of support teams. Employees are not having ideal support and motivation from the management and department people due to politics and fear.

Nothing to like about this company. It's basically a proprietor driven unethical company.

...th unethical practice. 1.Weird work environment. Random hiring & firing happens. They forced employees to come to office during the pandemic otherwise salary was deducted on daily basis. However MD didn't come to office. So only MD has value for his life rest all of us are just perishable resource! 2. MD interferes in all aspects of work, office administration. It's problematic because he takes erratic decision based on his whims & fancies 3. Sr management & HR has no authority they just want to survive & get salary by boot liking the MD because they'll not get job anywhere else. 4. No growth, no learning. It will ruin your career. 5. All of a sudden They will ask you to resign without any reason

I worked in British biologicals one year and really shameless they are.... After left HR will not pick my call and they are not given my one month salary and not settle my FNF... Chor ha ye

Good colleagues and in some cases Management is some what ok. Salary is pathetic

Dislikes

No Gurantee of job in this, though few of the staff are working for a long but for meager salary. Without any mistake, I was asked to resign and go and did not pay my pending salary either.
