Salary structures are not defined with grade and position lot of gaps in defining salary structure. Need to improve. No tax saving schemes for employees .

Not a Great place to work in terms of salary and benefit. Variable pay and bonus is very poor. Qualification is not a considerable parameter here. Job is secured but very much tough to sustain with working environment. But emense learning opportunities.

There is very good for beginners. A lot of skills for learning in c.p. units.

Dislikes

There is 12 hrs shift,no time for family. While the salary is least in comparison of job responsibilities. No personal and social life is there. There is no security of job. No medical and physical check up is their while documentation is always okk.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but the management isn't. The give good salary but not on time.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. No salary on time and also career growth is slow. No job security is there.

I think doing job with a big name company is very much difficult for a non hardworking person. And the work is like fun because after all every body will be eager to know that how a company is manufacturing the biscuit s which the world is eating.

The compensation part of the company , since it is a MNC so it should set a pay scale for the rank wise
