EMPLOYEE APPRAISAL SYSTEM IS NOT UPTO THE MARK TO RECOGNISE THE SUITABLE EMPLOYEE TO GET APPRAISED AND APPRECIATED

Dislikes

Salary structures are not defined with grade and position lot of gaps in defining salary structure. Need to improve. No tax saving schemes for employees .

Not a Great place to work in terms of salary and benefit. Variable pay and bonus is very poor. Qualification is not a considerable parameter here. Job is secured but very much tough to sustain with working environment. But emense learning opportunities.

There is very good for beginners. A lot of skills for learning in c.p. units.

Dislikes

There is 12 hrs shift,no time for family. While the salary is least in comparison of job responsibilities. No personal and social life is there. There is no security of job. No medical and physical check up is their while documentation is always okk.
