I really enjoyed working in Britannia. There is a lot of happiness in working after thinking and talking with meeting in the daily market.

Dislikes

I disliked two things in Britannia, first salary did not increase, worked for five years, second company never got ESI card, did not get PF.

Not a Great place to work in terms of salary and benefit. Variable pay and bonus is very poor. Qualification is not a considerable parameter here. Job is secured but very much tough to sustain with working environment. But emense learning opportunities.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but the management isn't. The give good salary but not on time.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. No salary on time and also career growth is slow. No job security is there.

Brand is good...when in market people recognize you because of brand. Secondary driven company

...y to learn...have not been able to convert the scope of opportunities available. Lesser salary as compared to other fmcg companies, distributor damage policy. Rewards and recognition..

This is my first job under Super distribution payroll. I had learned so many things there regarding sales.

Dislikes

Actually there was nothing for dislike, however I was left due to salary growth and my future development.
