Britannia is a good company I m working in this I'm so happy and my skills improve in this job but salary is not good verry less no bonus are give no culture activity.

There is a lot of problems management not good very less salary is giving career growth is slow

The company is giving an good work culture. Newly advanced machines technologies were giving us to train in good work designation..

The company is giving a decent compensation in that we can't growth in fast-growing city and we can't reach an well known status in the outer society in that minimum wages...

Salary creadited in the fixed time.

Transparency issue, Even after clearing the leap here, promotions don't happen. The conversion rate is very poor. One way communication here . All are Boss , not leader.

People and culture of the company is fabulous. The compensation is good. Company overall is fantastic.

Dislikes

Organization is great, but the secretarial function is poor. Extremely bad culture with unrealistic expectations without access to resources. No recognition for anything. Rewards in this function are meant for only one person. If one can work; like a saint without expectations, like a Robot without break including weekends, one may survive this.

Will give liberty to work with ownership mind set.

Salary structures are not defined with grade and position lot of gaps in defining salary structure. Need to improve. No tax saving schemes for employees .
