...or outside the project. Cross functional training happens(but for name sake). Pay not even close to the competitor. Top management should take more efforts in ensuring employee satisfaction.

The management and team is extremely supportive. It's an open culture in true sense. You can contact anyone directly without worrying about their designation. You have complete freedom to express yourself, put forward new ideas or criticism. You get opportunities to work on projects at a very early stage. Speaking about not liking a project or work is not a taboo here. Inter departmental transfers are possible.

Dislikes

Pay is probably not the best in industry but not the lowest as well. Projects are not very well planned. Although the management completely supports the employee, but the project team is in fire fighting mode from very initial stages of the project.
