This company is only good for fresher ,for experience person it a hell

Owner always compare you with others, salary not on time,increment process is just on paper not in reality , FNF process is around 6months. You will never promoted

As per market standard Brisanzia is good, growth is slow. Only the reason is that senior is selfish.

I felt good working with seniors but the employees at lower level are non-co-operative. Some of the old employees working here have a bias nature with newcomers. This kind of people underestimate the experience and knowledge of newcomers.

Dislikes

The thing I dislike most is about the rude behaviour of a few employees with others especially newcomers in the presence of their bosses.
