Work life balance is good in my account.

Dislikes

No hike, no help from team, not much to learn. You will be in the same account but the client keeps on changing every 3-4 months, no stable projects. No team interaction, you will be interacting only with client side employees. You have to go to office 2 days in a week but there wont be any team. And 8 hour is mandatory.

On time salary. That's all the benefits you'll get.

Horrible work life balance. Managers are toxic and will force you to work on weekends. Have an argument you'll be escalated and director will personally call to threaten you and will put pressure else will lose the job.

Overloaded Too much work pressure Weekend support Many people suffered with health issues due to continuous work Doesn't care about employees Even sick off or personal leave also you should able to support. Whether you going to die also you should finish your work first then die. Worst appraisal. if you work for 24/7 then you will best employee award for quarter. There is no sdlc or agile

Brillio,is not a good opportunity to learn and develop our own personality.Still old technologies are used, no proper management, no hike because no projects to work on they hire in bulk in one instant and in other instant they throw out. No benefits even if you work on weekends or for extra hours

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.
