Brillio has a good work environment and team culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Talking of the work location the JP Nagar office is located in 3rd Phase of JP Nagar. It is not located in any Tech park but there is a big green park (Fondly called as Mini Forest) located right opposite to the company.

Dislikes

Market correction for long time working employees.

Very Flexible in timings and if you are a lead, then you have the whole authority to take the decision, your suggestions will be taken, very friendly atmosphere.

Dislikes

Stagnant career growth. very less hike or sometimes no hike at all.

Likes

Pay is really good as per the market standards and appraisals are also pretty good. Completely fixed and no variable component.

Dislikes

Very very poor work life balance. Working for almost 12 hours everyday. Every day starts by 10AM and ends by 11.30PM in almost every projects. And there is no validation or appreciation for your work from the managers.

Dislikes

No hike, no help from team, not much to learn. You will be in the same account but the client keeps on changing every 3-4 months, no stable projects. No team interaction, you will be interacting only with client side employees. You have to go to office 2 days in a week but there wont be any team. And 8 hour is mandatory.

On time salary. That's all the benefits you'll get.

Dislikes

Horrible work life balance. Managers are toxic and will force you to work on weekends. Have an argument you'll be escalated and director will personally call to threaten you and will put pressure else will lose the job.
