Work life balance is good in my account.

Dislikes

No hike, no help from team, not much to learn. You will be in the same account but the client keeps on changing every 3-4 months, no stable projects. No team interaction, you will be interacting only with client side employees. You have to go to office 2 days in a week but there wont be any team. And 8 hour is mandatory.

On time salary. That's all the benefits you'll get.

Dislikes

Horrible work life balance. Managers are toxic and will force you to work on weekends. Have an argument you'll be escalated and director will personally call to threaten you and will put pressure else will lose the job.

... revamped it recently. But utilizing the skills in the project may not happen. Salary benefits are okay and work appraisals are like any other service based companies. Again if you are under good manager maybe you can negotiate. Company Culture is good.

Skill developments sessions are excellent and Salary and benefits are also good. Some of mangers are best some are completely opposite.

Dislikes

Disgusting some of team members, no collaboration, do nothing and then in daily stand up- just simply make excuses of power outrage/ even don't attend DSM. No proper support. There is nothing like teamwork in some of projects, full selfish people. Mangers don't even bother about it completely.

Projects are good but no time for technical work as meetings are too many. Salary good as per industry standard

Too many meetings; do not provide access to projects key servers, devops etc. Not able to properly allocate to different projects. pace for development is unnecessarily fast. No time to learn or go thru the company training programmes.
