But if you work honestly then you will be treated like corrupt person. 4) if you are higher officer then you have to talk at least 3 times in a day to MD either your colleague will give wrong information to MD and whatever information they will give, MD will not verify.

...on time or don't even provide sometime. Anything with HR will always be pending. Like i did not get my salary slip yet.
