I did not like much when I joined in brightpoint infotech private limited as it was work from home.

Dislikes

I did not like work culture because salary was very low for me they expect us to sit extra hours a day which is unusual. For extra hours company should provide benefits like extra allowance which company doesn't provide and management expects us to sit extra hours. I will not tolerate this kind human right violation.

Likes

Overall, Great company to work with, helpful colleagues, nice work culture. Only problem when company was took over by Ingram.

Dislikes

Overall, Brightpoint was excellent, but after took over by Ingram. Insecurity, politics, lack of Vision and above all Brands went away and finally dedicated and loyal employees were told to Leave.
