Nothing to like about this very small company.

Dislikes

They are so unprofessional and so pathetic !!! They will tell you that you have been selected and please deny the offer in your hands after some time they tell say you are not fit for the roll. They will call you in their office from which ever city you are staying to just normal discussion and offer. One or two days after they will say you CTC does not match with your roll(after they informed you that you have been selected and discussion of CTC and 4 rounds of interview) They are very small company so they dont worry about the reputation. Please do not west you time and dont even go for interview. I dont know how much pathetic company culture is then ! They will stop responding to you calls after this ! They will cost you time of two weeks and travelling expenses. Please save your selfs.

Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!
