The culture of company is very good. Working atmosphere is employee friendly. Compensation plan is much higher than market standard. Employee oriented management. Company providing training & development programs periodically for employees is really great.

...hers & dont get any benifits though. No increaments, no promotions nothing else. Just a take home salary of 15K. Having a whole lot of work pressure.

...sting HOD is a part of ELT. Among ELT, there's no one from the Tire Background. Last 3-4 years yearly increment gets worst and hence the current salary is less than Market.
