The best thing about Bridge is there is salary cuts. During the early days of crisis when few of our clients pulled off, our seniors motivated us and told us to focus more on the learning part instead of worrying about the projects. We offered free POCs to clients to prove our validity, and we as an organisation never gave up anytime. Now, things are going back to normal and we are getting new engagements which are more exciting to work on.

Actually there are many things like their lms is great, people are helpful and management also listen to our appeals or concern

Dislikes

The compensation is very less compared to industry standards and they will ask to work min 12-14 hours a day without compensation

Excellent team, great work culture, Managers are extremely supportive and guide well for career progression as well as learning. Projects are good.

As a fresher it's good to start. But the learning opportunities we can see only for 7-8 months and then the work becomes very redundant and the opportunities and work will become very boring

Dislikes

Compensation is really bad and all depends on the politics of few group of team leads. The manager is least bothered and doesn't care to communicate properly and do set the expectations right. After working for one year the learning experience will go negative and the projects will be very repeatable. Better to leave after one year of experience.
