Working great for EWS students and approaches to work in the community is good, international work culture, work is actually happening on the ground, great and diverse team and a lot of learning opportunities.

Dislikes

HR is disaster, work life balance is zero, company expect overtime with no pay, employee not treated well, work always happen on emergency and urgent basis rather than planning results suffering of manpowers and logistics, salary is good that's why employees usually retain, otherwise work culture is extremely bad.

Likes

Somehow, people at the top here treat team members with contempt and hostility; not expected of an academic organization. Especially, the vertical heads sitting in the UK and USA treat Indian staff with utmost contempt and you'll start looking for an outlet in few weeks after joining here. HR is one bunch of sickeningly painful people. Not a place to consider for a long-term career and the average attrition is very poor. You will farewell gatherings almost every weekend.

Too many bosses, all want to breathe down your neck all the time.

The American metdology of teaching and learning had a positive Impact on students as learning isn't based teacher alone...

The working hours is too laborious, staff after closure from school are all ways worn out or exhausted, also staff salaries should be increased..
