Working great for EWS students and approaches to work in the community is good, international work culture, work is actually happening on the ground, great and diverse team and a lot of learning opportunities.

Dislikes

HR is disaster, work life balance is zero, company expect overtime with no pay, employee not treated well, work always happen on emergency and urgent basis rather than planning results suffering of manpowers and logistics, salary is good that's why employees usually retain, otherwise work culture is extremely bad.

Somehow, people at the top here treat team members with contempt and hostility; not expected of an academic organization. Especially, the vertical heads sitting in the UK and USA treat Indian staff with utmost contempt and you'll start looking for an outlet in few weeks after joining here.
