Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The senior associates were good and helpful.

Dislikes

I have worked there for around two years and a very disappointing management, terribly demotivates people and you need to keep track of even a 5 minutes delay in returning from lunch. They are good in technical values but very bad experience with the target one side they say that you can take your time for quality however, you send even 10 studies less in the target email they will ask for the reason. (we are not machines I hope they understand) Similarly no work life balance. This is all my experience considering the reason why I resigned.
