No work day and time No proper family insurance No promotion for equality No increment yearly No insentive we completed 4 project successfully and Zero accident. 300 crores Within 9 years Food is give namely it's worst monthly 20 days they provide 50% Guest house given 1 to 4 km distance... If work night 1am midnight also can walking to rech guest House. There is mention yearly 20 days but project team can't take single days holiday...only nothing India's taken 20 to 40 days Oru company driver all working 7 am to 10.pm no pay proper O.T payment.

Salary used to be on time. From the last fee months no salary on time and no incentives on time.

Everytbing is dislike. It's one of the worst companys to work with. Salary not on time. Incentives not paid in time Job security is not there... anytime MD can ask you to leave and it depends on his state of mind Recently companys coo removed. There were working from more than 15 yrs. TDS is not paid in time. Late increment. There is no cycle fixed at all No bonus for Dussehra No team outings Management micro managing No trusting their employees I got my Full and final settlement after 6 - 7 months I had to follow up with hr so Many times before collecting my cheque. Literally need to beg for f and f. Hr won't even answer the call properly after leaving company. If I call hr they say check with accounts and if I call accounts team they say call hr Very bad management Do not fall for positive reviews for ths company. And if at all you join. You will think about my story you read here List is long so I will end my review Herr.

Mudasir(marketing head) who want employees to follow(bucket) him for without reason and listen what he says, if u follow him u will be safe in the company

No promotions and there is lot of politics in the company salary is decent and timely pay but no carrier growth

Job security, food and accommodation they are providing for all.

HR team is too Horrible. You can't learn anything from here. The functional heads are not trained and guiding you. They all are seniors and have experience in the same company. The functional heads are not taking any self decision, they have to wait for management approval. There is no appreciations for your works. They don't obey the seniors and not give any promotion and hike. If anyone left and rejoin the company after one year they will give him a good hike and promotions. They don't seem the current employees progress and efforts.
