Hospitality was good. On time salary. Skill development programs arranged periodically.

Working under Operation head Nitin kulkarni was too difficult. His activities and speech were quite bad. He treats subordinates badly.

Bray is US based MNC. I have seen many firing during my tenure. In India it's like typical Indian management company. It doesn't give you feel like MNC culture.

Dislikes

... boss and MD. If you have good relationship you can get hired with good package. Variable pay is a surprise factor. Policies are not that much good. No medical insurance for parents.

No Support, Organization downsizing has happened recently, almost 200 people are Jobless. This is Owner based organization, being as puppet Leader. Doesn't care about employee welfare. All the got is money, thinking like buying things. Not a good Scope of future. Most funniest thing about the organisation is they bewail about the company growth and profit.. But doesn't keep the employee in the growth cycle to uplift the company, hike the price make the product as not sellable, blame the ground level employee and Layoff them. Shifting Places for Tax Exemptions...

Dislikes

Hire and fire, often Layoffs, No improvement in growth of the employee. MicroManagement, believe everything whatever the Microns says, acts like a puppet. Nod for everything whatever Microns says.
