Dislikes

People from top companies join here without understanding their role, including me, for better salary packages mostly. It might be suitable for freshers or interns but experienced professionals, esp. those with MBA backgrounds might not find any role that is good here. One is expected to work on weekends and stretch regularly (depends on your team, of course), which makes it difficult especially for women. No hard and fast work policies, and a lot of ambiguity everywhere,

They are not paying salary nor any communication is given,without any projects recruited 3000+ and laid off 1500+.all scamsters are there in top management. Hr posting 5 star reviews using multiple identities.

Everything, no communication, no commitment from so called ceo, cfo and other tech so called name managing partners, they are designated as partners but not even worth but minting money in 5+ crores as ctc

SCAM company! They didn’t pay salaries since May 2024 and they keep on saying everything will be solved in one or two weeks and never seem to stick to their commitments. They mass fired everyone and closed Bangalore office suddenly and in a very unprofessional way. Pathetic liars.

No guarantee on your salary No guarantee when they go bankrupt Your resume will be ruined Mentally and financially deprived due to their fraudulent activities Too many red flags If you want a career ( forget successful) and not a trauma, suggest you to not join If joined, try having a backup as well because they can lay off 1500 or more employees without any heads or worse go bankrupt and leave you no where
