Nothing Good here total mismanagement and politics over there. Specially by ASHISH (web team consultant). All web developers are leaving the company just because of him only. Ye khood politics karta hai or employee ko bolta hai tum politics krte ho. He is such a Jerk to the company. Jab Tak ye company me hai tab tak company me webdeveloper nhi rukenge.

...eveloper work there. It's how the webdeveloper have to survive here. LOL😂 7. Whenever any employee ask for salary hire them they will give only 2-3k of hike in 6 months or 1 year. And if you are not happy with it then they will ABSCOND you from the company.

Constant Salary Deductions: Every month, I faced unexplained deductions, which were only rectified after multiple escalations. This process was draining and unprofessional. 3. Lack of Employee Value: Despite working tirelessly, even during festivals and vacations, I often felt undervalued and unappreciated. 4. Toxic Leadership: My team lead's behavior drastically changed after my resignation. Shouting publicly, making unreasonable demands, and blaming me for minor issues created a toxic work environment. 5. Manipulative Retention Tactics: When I decided to resign, I was repeatedly pressured with empty promises of role changes and remote work, making the process unnecessarily stressful. 6. Absconding Allegation: After serving my responsibilities and submitting detailed handover sheets, I was accused of absconding, and my dues were unfairly withheld. These issues overshadowed the positive aspects of my journey. Employees deserve respect, transparency, and fair treatment—something I hope Branding Pioneers learns to prioritize.

I have been working for 2 years and things have changed so much , we now are working on bigger clients . From 50k retainers we are working on 2lakh retainers . its always good to work with big clients , they trouble less and i also feel happy getting results for such clients. There is so much learning

i can write an essay on that , first of all the two owners arush and nishu oh my god they are overspoken and very hindered human beings , they don't know how to handle their employeee , they hired a Hr Named Seema who is pathetic to the core , and behave like an 60s work secretory who don't that the time is evolving and you have to evolve with time , but that women is totally opposite, no work life balance , you have to complete deadlines , I've seen many interns joining ,they worked so hard but at the time of payment and joining the company full time as a full employe they pay you same as internship amount , are you kidding me ?? As i worked their as an video editor i know how wrong they are in their working department, please don't join them , there's not a single employee who worked their for more 5-6 months except himanshu who thinks he don't have caliber but that guy is good , and one or two who don't have enough skills to go out and explore more , The owners neeshu sharma expect everything from you but at the time of salary appraisal they are worst
