1. Employee dissatisfaction 2. Alot Sales work to web developers 3. Not respecting the employee skills & interest. 4. Not value there employee 5. Zero work employee happiness 6. Focusing on meeting rather than the work to be done within timeline.Once I was a webdeveloper here and I have to attend 3 meetings daily with the company in which I have to update again and again about the tasks needs to be done. And along with that handle the client meetings. And after done with all this only a short span of time were left to do the webdeveloper work there. It's how the webdeveloper have to survive here.
