We have been asked to come daily on the job, but we get salary only 50%, no flexibility in duty hours too. Not following the norms of closing store at 7pm which is been given by Government as a strict rule. Staffs have to spend 40% of their earnings on traveling. Lot of biasness and politics in office, also favouristm is a factor which impact ones morale.

Dislikes

Biasness and politics, no transparency. Undeserving people sitting on designation where they take undue advantage of helpless since they know that their subordinate will not leave the company no matter how much we abuse them. They also don't understand family urgencies and are only concerned about their tasks nothing else is important for them. Even if we complaint there isn't any point since our voices are totally ignored by the management.

The company was very good their was no issues of salary or of other things.the staff over their and managers and office staff overall were very helpful and kind and good with everyone.

Dislikes

Their was not about any dislike for the company I worked long time with them.and I left it due to my shifting of residential palace.and traveling issue.and last the least is that It was my honour that I worked with this company with a long time I really thank for the company for giving me knowledge and respect.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is high. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is given to new joinees.

Past 2 years I have working but my salary is very low.other staff's taking salary more than me and also no career growth

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.
