Usually corporate office says that we are a family but here its really exist, here we can find freedom towards our work. Yes, their is a chance for travel abroad, also open to innovation towards work.

As per experience got the same industry that's the reason love to work over here.

They have not supported us even in covid time and deducted salary UPTO 40% after that they have kept us on LOP for the time being.

The company didn't help, didn't support in lock down!! There have no risk and job security!!

At frist I didn't like there faculity management!! They didn't help at that time wherever i need support from them! And there have no job security to work with them!! Poor management ever didn't give any responsibility when I contact with them!!! Bad experience to work with them!! They have to improve it otherwise others staff will be getting the same thing!!!

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
