...s says the wouldn't issue the relieving letter/experience letter to such people. A lot of people including me had to leave 3-4 months of salary even after working hard sincerely. Not at all recommended to work.

Terrible experience. You won't get timely salary. Also sometime you won't get payed for your hard work. When you leave job they told you that they will do your full and final after 45 days and after 45 days they denied to pay you your salary at all by giving any poor excuse.
