...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

I worked safely and secured.The company organization teamates worked with me friendly aslo carefully and then company policies always good

Salary basis isn't to fulfill my family expense and sometimes work pressure is to give. More at ending time otherwise some policies and management doesn't address our issues

First of all the culture is very disciplined and open. Lacks of learning if u can manage u can learn whatever u want to no one will stop. There is no ploitics as far of my experience. Work environment is very good and lot of innovative ideas u will find there while working. Peoples in brakes india believe in forever learning so they dont feel to give there knowledge to someone else. I have learn a lot here and someday if i get a good opportunity there i will love to rejoin.

Salary is less from my experience else everything is good.

Plant is not in Jamshedpur, it's located at Saraikela, Descision making by HR team is poor, management trusting on negative feedback by negative employees. Site Head always indulge in politics and corruption.
