Salary of management employee in not upto standard. Carrier growth is not good, can't compare with MNC. Chartered accountant mgmt, so no employee welfare.

Dislikes

Insurance is very less and limited to 2Lakhs. All the welfare like gym & playing court is now occupied for work ing area.

...onment , 5s activity, kaizen, qc competition, skill development centre,....etc They give a healthy food & good salary. Suggestion box system was really very use full. Because it was using for our self development , new ideas, increase our technical knowledge.

...e place, where is it not?. It helped me to improve my immunity towards politics. * Finally, when we talk about salary, it is very much conservative company. You will get decent salary....Certainly, they are not pay masters.

* The organisation does not have mechanism to identify new talents and pull out their abilities. It believes, only certain people uphold the organisation. They will be taken care of. * Certainly, work environment has to be improved in the perspective of cleanliness. * Innovation - what do you mean?

Good Products offered by company, Good Infrastructure, Salary on Time.

Dislikes

Plant is not in Jamshedpur, it's located at Saraikela, Descision making by HR team is poor, management trusting on negative feedback by negative employees. Site Head always indulge in politics and corruption.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of two years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.
