The work-life balance is truely exceptional, with flexible schedules that allows me to manage my personal and professional commitmants with ease. 2. Salary and Benifits The salary and benifits are competitive. Not only do they provide good pay, but there are also numerous perks like health insuarance, wellness programs. 3. Company Culture It's a supportive and collaborative enviroment where employees are encouraged to contribute ideas, and leadership is always approachable, making it a positive place of work. 4. Work Satisfaction It's great to work with various types of projects with technologically challenging works. If you are a technologically savvy person, this is a great place to work.

...common in the industry. HR Department is very active and supportive solve any matter as quickly as possible. From my experience, it is a great place to work.

I found nothing likable other than to get a salary and weekend off. Very unprofessional and bad company in Kolkata. Do not join this company, do not waste your valuable time. Number one worthless company in the IT industry.

...oject. The mensuration leave provided for female employees is full of promotion. I did not get any leave but they deduct my salary. Do not fall in their health insurance plan provided by collaboration with a third-party app. You can not expect to get leave but you can see Managers are taking leave often and giving you work pressure to manage the project. This is one of the worthless company in Kolkata. Do not join them.

...ers, who don't have minimum basic knowledge and forces them to train freshers. Many times employees are forced to work in Saturday & Sunday also without any extra pay. Overall, not at all recommended for those who want a good work culture & environment.
