BRAC is still good as a corruption free Organization. Salary scale and payment system of brac is also better than many Organizations.

Dislikes

Recent changes in the senior level employees seem to me not meeting with BRAC standard and it has already lost its unique corporate culture due to this. As per my understanding, earlier brac's culture was totally free from corporate politics and people were fully dedicated to work.

The organization has the vision to work in the global scenario in the issues like business, hunger, public health as well as economic development among the poor communities. However, BRAC also focusing on the issues of climate-changing. So, as a member of the BRAC family, I am really grateful to get a chance to work with BRAC.
