Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is bond of 2 years which you cannot resign

BRAC Uganda pays her staff full salary even at this trying moment of lock down. Staffs are provided with information on COVID-19 as well as protective materials like masks, sanitizers among others

BRAC is still good as a corruption free Organization. Salary scale and payment system of brac is also better than many Organizations.

Dislikes

Recent changes in the senior level employees seem to me not meeting with BRAC standard and it has already lost its unique corporate culture due to this. As per my understanding, earlier brac's culture was totally free from corporate politics and people were fully dedicated to work.

BRAC is basically an international organization. The organization has the vision to work in the global scenario in the issues like business, hunger, public health as well as economic development among the poor communities. However, BRAC also focusing on the issues of climate-changing. So, as a member of the BRAC family, I am really grateful to get a chance to work with BRAC.

Dislikes

Working with BRAC I always have to achieve multiple tasks.So, feel a continuous pressure in the work place which is a bit make me frastration.
