...d no appraisal or promotion was given to me. They treat employees very badly The will hire new employee with good salary but never understands their existing employees.

Management is very calm n compose. Salary n perks are on time and they give you handsome increment as well according to your performance. They believe in team culture, they respect you in all regards.

This is not a company of giving incentives.

Like???????? Worst company ever.. salary...hahaha whats that in thus company... u have to beg for it every single day to diaberse.. no work profile.. kuchh bhi krwayenge hm toh ji... aloo dudh dahi nahi mngvayenge... I still remember these words from VP.... very cheap environment

The only good thing is work life balance which comes at the cost of career growth.

Dislikes

An employee may have to wait for a months salary for 3-4 months. The company seems to be struggling with finances. Promotion is a distant dream.

I worked there, the most frustrating thing was delay in salary. I hope they would have worked on it. Irregularities in increment, alternate Saturday off only for corporate office not for staff working at different locations.
