Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Good work culture and system are also good , in old days management use to throw get to gather parties for all staff at very good place . if you follow co.'s system and procedures you are almost comfertable at work place.

The only good thing is work life balance which comes at the cost of career growth.
