Increment was very late and interview process so hard because I gave interview in BPO but hr was rejected me some little mistake Al's I have experience in BPO 1 year.

Everyday changing, learning environment and handling a 100+ systems. Facing a lot of issues and pressure full work but pressure are creating a new things... i am happy to work system administrator.

in Bpo the work pressure is very high. because i have done work hard i does not matter. everyone focused on the target. like as i have received 200 calls in a day my my team target is 80 ppt per day per person. i does not matter how many call received by me, it is the matter to how many ppt i get. whatever i received 100 or 200 calls it does not matter, i get 80 ppt at any cost.

Honestly I loved working with Serco in ISD process was was one of my best process till now I have ever worked with specially the manager and TL was very supportive at the same time to me I know I have a negative feed back in the company but I really miss that floor really want to work with the same process again if I get a chance I would be and honour to me.
