The initial days were good, the team seemed like it was supportive and worked in harmony

...my colleagues and I are considering finding new jobs due to this specific issue. - Despite the company's strong performance, our salary increments barely meet labor laws, even though we work 10-hour days. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of action on these matters. - I can only speak to my personal experience within my team. Other project teams within the company may have different dynamics, but I cannot comment on those as I have no personal experience with them.

micromanagement Hire & Fire policy No Job security no corporate ethics So-called Sr. Product owners (like Harish L.) are spoiling the culture by humiliating newcomers in meetings instead of extending a helping hand anyone except oldies can be terminated at any time.

Management from the top down is good. Easy to work with team members in India (I am in the US). Rajeev (CEO) is a good guy and has a good management team working for him. They have been very involved during the hiring process and throughout my contract.

Nothing big to dislike but I see fewer work opportunities abroad. Only contract opportunities are open for employees outside of India.

Please dont ever join this company. The seniors are horrible. Will treat you like labours. No appreciation for the work done. Work-life balance is shit. Will be asked to work from 9 to 9. Will fire you anytime. Wont even tell you that you were on pip and then it will be a week's pip and you are gone. I would only recommend this company to my enemies. Its that level of torturous.
