Please take note of the following details: - Around 7 months ago, a "Senior Technical Manager" was hired. Since then, the team's performance has deteriorated. His arrogance is unprecedented, as he refuses to acknowledge his mistakes and takes credit for others' work. He also micromanages and fails to give fair credit to the team.
