I had worked here for almost a Year and still I regret on my decision of Joining this Organization. This is worst Organization I have ever worked. Not only me whoever Joined has same experience. There is no work ethics, no work culture, no proper HR policy, very frequent layoff (sometimes they terminate without giving notice period). From low level to Director level, I have seen got layed off after they Join with in few months.

Dislikes

...rabad police station regarding dumping the employees by not giving the salaries. They are allowing moonlighting and then they don't pay salaries to contractors and even they don't give experience letters. Don't ever do a mistake of Joining this company. And I request to forward this information as much as possible so that no one career will ruined.

They provided good work life balance, but hardly any project to work upon.

Dislikes

No proper compensation, salary calculation was so poor, i had to pay tax seperately. No proper projects to work on, leaders are least bothered to guide or mentor their employees

No Work Culture, No Job security, Least bothered HR and Managers. No Process to follow. I regret joining the company. Please be cautious its a small company with no work-life balance. My reviews may help some one. So please think before joining.
