Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? - owner's attitude is very bad - 24/7 you have to attend calls - no any benefits like PF, medical, Bonus. - no any standard procedure for work - to pressure employees they ask to get quotations from open market which is not relevant to your work - payment delay in vender bills - once you resign then forgot your salaries even you served notice period
