Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

- owner's attitude is very bad - 24/7 you have to attend calls - no any benefits like PF, medical, Bonus. - no any standard procedure for work - to pressure employees they ask to get quotations from open market which is not relevant to your work - payment delay in vender bills - once you resign then forgot your salaries even you served notice period
