In that company no any job security. Any time u will go out site from company . Every time give warning regarding this matter. And work culture how can we say about company culture because there have no zonal office. There r many employee those not meet his zonal coordinator after 4 year work with company so I can't say any thing about company culture.
If you have suffered any problem from management/either higher designation employee then no body help to you.
Company policy never be explain to any employee when he join that organization. Regarding example (leave, sellery increment, and employee parmanent etc).
I think never be attach long time work . Take experience and then switch with other good opportunity.

Employee take join on sallery base after how can be change his policy regarding employee . If its want to change any policy it's apply with new joining.
You don't get good salary for what you work. They recruit for a particular language and force you to work with other language. And also they recruit for a particular location and ask you to join other branch..poor hike.
Company Culture is very Optimistically fine and also having a great opportunity for new Joiner to prove themselves here according to their Job Criteria and having Job Security as well and working Satisfaction is fine as well.
Salary Increment Structure is Lower than expectations such as I am a Well Experienced (17 Years) to working as a Dedicated IT Support to Various FMCG Clients and always hold on a Top Level of my Company Name as based on my Working Process and Goodwill to Clients of My Self.
No scope in knowledge even if the very old Botree employees have no knowledge means they will retain them. If the resources having more knowledge means but they wont consider it. Only agenda money for them. Without spending money they will expect more deliveries and work. Especially women employees they will demotive more at any cost they will never see the role and responsibilities. Women domination people are here.
