In that company no any job security. Any time u will go out site from company . Every time give warning regarding this matter. And work culture how can we say about company culture because there have no zonal office. There r many employee those not meet his zonal coordinator after 4 year work with company so I can't say any thing about company culture. If you have suffered any problem from management/either higher designation employee then no body help to you. Company policy never be explain to any employee when he join that organization. Regarding example (leave, sellery increment, and employee parmanent etc). I think never be attach long time work . Take experience and then switch with other good opportunity. It's my experience.

...If company have work for us. Company wrob hardly then if company not have work . It's pay sallery according working days. I can't understand till what the company policy. Employee take join on sallery base after how can be change his policy regarding employee . If its want to change any policy it's apply with new joining.

You don't get good salary for what you work. They recruit for a particular language and force you to work with other language. And also they recruit for a particular location and ask you to join other branch..poor hike.

Great company to learn and grow, and also the job security here.

Dislikes

Work life balance is worst, most of the times have to work on weekend, and also to get leave is very difficult proccess, have many level of approval before getting any leave.
